  • Business Formation: Assistance with business creation and registration

M&K ADVENTURE LLC acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party tourism service providers, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation companies, wholesale operators, travel insurance, and others. The agency facilitates travel planning and booking but is not directly responsible for the execution of services provided by third parties.

Reservations and Payments

Booking process

Reservations are made through our website, WhatsApp, authorized social media, or directly at our physical office. To confirm a reservation, the client must provide the requested information and make the corresponding payment within the indicated deadlines. The reservation will only be valid when confirmed via email or formal message.

Travel reservations

  • Reservations are subject to availability and provider confirmation
  • Prices may vary depending on purchase date and availability
  • A deposit may be required to confirm certain reservations
  • M&K Adventure acts as an intermediary between you and travel providers

Payment methods

  • Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated
  • Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, Zelle, or cash at our office
  • M&K ADVENTURE LLC reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice before the client makes payment
  • Rates include the items specified in each quote; any additional services are quoted and paid separately

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Travel and cruises

Cancellations are subject to the conditions of each provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.), which will be communicated to the client before purchase.

  • If the client cancels voluntarily, penalties apply according to each provider
  • In some cases, there are no refunds once the reservation is confirmed
  • Refunds will be processed according to provider conditions
  • M&K ADVENTURE LLC may charge a non-refundable administrative fee for service management, even if the provider accepts refunds

Shipping

  • Shipments in process cannot be cancelled
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other authorities

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing truthful and complete information
  • Keeping travel documents current (passport, visa, etc.)
  • Complying with customs and shipping regulations
  • Reviewing and confirming reservation details
  • Providing accurate and complete tax documentation
  • Ensuring valid passports, visas, medical certificates, vaccinations, travel permits, or other necessary documents are in order

Limitation of Liability

M&K Adventure acts as a service intermediary. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes or cancellations made by airlines, cruise lines, or other providers
  • Loss or damage during shipment transport
  • Processing delays by government authorities
  • Errors in tax returns caused by incorrect information provided by the client
  • Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, government decisions, strikes, etc.)
  • Incorrect information provided by the client (name, date of birth, travel documents, etc.)

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of M&K ADVENTURE LLC or its licensors. Total or partial reproduction without express written authorization is prohibited. You agree not to use this site for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to restrict access in case of misuse.
