We land in the connecting city and board our onward flight to Cape Town. Rest on board: the experience starts tomorrow.

Day 3 Cape Town

Welcome to Cape Town! Our Spanish-speaking guide meets you outside the airport and we head to the hotel by private transfer. After check-in you can rest from the journey, and in the evening we enjoy a relaxed dinner at the hotel to start fresh.

We start with the historic Company's Garden and colorful Bo-Kaap, then ride the cable car up Table Mountain for sweeping city views. Next is Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, one of the most beautiful in the world, with lunch at Moyo Kirstenbosch. In the evening, a special night out: a traditional African dinner with a show at GOLD Restaurant.

Day 5 Cape Peninsula

We follow the coast with a stop at the Twelve Apostles and continue along Chapman's Peak Drive, one of the world's most scenic roads, to the Cape Point reserve, where you can reach the lighthouse on foot or by funicular. In Simon's Town we visit the African penguins of Boulders Beach and have lunch at Bertha's Restaurant. Free afternoon in charming Kalk Bay and a free evening to dine on your own at the V&A Waterfront.

Day 6 Winelands: Stellenbosch and Franschhoek

We head to wine country to discover the towns of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, their history and winemaking tradition, with visits and tastings at several wineries. We finish with a picnic lunch in the gardens of Boschendal Wine Estate, one of the country's most iconic vineyards, followed by a free afternoon and evening at the Waterfront.
